Business Development Specialist
Description
- Work as a liaison between the referral partners and Loan Officers to transition of leads.
- Work with Loan Officers and referral partners to improve communication, expectations, and resolve conflict when necessary.
- Work with the referral partners and Loan Officers to utilize CMG’s technology for the creation of loan application efficiency and condition efficiency.
- Track incoming leads, status of the leads, and establish communication expectations between supporting Loan Officers and referral partners.
- Ensure proper pre-screening on incoming leads.
- Provide referral partner updates on the status of the leads.
- Contact the referral partner when clients are unresponsive or unwilling to communicate with supporting Loan Officers.
- Host agent trainings and events to educate and keep a direct line of communication between referral partners and Loan Officers.
- Promote supporting Loan Officers and their staff on all listing opportunities to improve listing referral partner capture.
- Ability to network and build relationships
- Previous administrative support and customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical problem solver and self-starter
- Strong technical knowledge in the use of software applications, databases, spreadsheets
- Acute attention to detail and ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
- Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced fluid environment with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- High level of professionalism, and excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines in a fast pace environment
